Welcome to my site. I have over a decade of experience in creating great experiences for web-based applications. In addition, I have a graduate degree and advanced training in user-centered design methods.

When I first read Tim Brown from IDEO's description of "T-shaped people" I thought: "Wow, that's me!" I'm glad someone was clever enough to brand it!

I have deep expertise in interaction design, and with the combination of curiosity and opportunity I have branched out into areas such as user research, product management, marketing, and even sales or business development. I am highly collaborative, and I find it just as rewarding to make other people's work better as I do producing my own great work. That's a "T-shaped" person.

I thoroughly believe it is the designer's responsibility to advocate for the customer viewpoint throughout the entire end-to-end journey, even if that means venturing into uncomfortable territory.
