While working at DePaul, I conducted an enormous amount of user research; both qualitative and quantitative. I discovered a real love for user research that began with my Master's Project at Georgia Tech.

Website Redesign:

This project set out to redesign our website. More broadly, I led user research to assess our department's successes and failures and identify gaps in how we are serving the university.

Portfolios Project :

My team conducted surveys, interviews and focus groups to discover faculty and student opinions of online portfolios. We recently completed the user interface design for version 2.1 of this project.
