OSPI (Open Source Portfolio Initiative):

For this project, I led usability testing on paper prototypes. Here are a few samples of the documentation.

• Usability Evaluation Summary (PDF)
  This is a sample document that outlines the results from a paper prototyping test that we conducted. We ran parallel tests on the DePaul University and University of Minnesota campuses.
• Usability Issues Matrix (PDF)
  This is a sample document that illustrates how we documented our raw data from the participants. Each usability error is documented, rated in severity, and the frequency of the error is noted.

DePaul Portal Evaluation:

I was asked to lead a heuristic evaluation of the DePaul portal system before its launch. I led this effort and documented over 50 pages of usability issues that were found by me and several colleagues.
